«Principles of Islamic jurisprudence» (Usul al-Fiqh), is by the contemporary Islamic scholar Abd al-Wahhab Khallaf (1305/1888 - 1375/1956). It has a concise language and content and as an introduction to Usul al-Fiqh covers the basic principles and conceptual foundations of the usul al-fiqh in detail. It will be easy for students to read and understand as it is written in a concise and fluent style.
